Abstract

This study aims to assess the management of Village Funds and Village Fund Allocation, as well as the community's perception of such management in Bo’e Village, Pamona Selatan District, Poso Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach. The population consists of village officials and the community in Bo’e Village, with a total population of 1,480 individuals, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling, involving 5 people, including the village head, village treasurer, and community members aware of the village government program. Data collection was conducted through interviews and documentation, while data analysis was performed using a qualitative method with a holistic approach. The results indicate that the Village Funds and Village Fund Allocation in Bo’e Village have been managed in line with the Village Budget, and their implementation is well-regarded by the community. Increased socialization of the fund management and improved collaboration between institutions and the community are suggested as future improvement steps.
