Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of palm oil farming in Era Village, North Mori District, North Morowali Regency, with a focus on planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision in farming operations. The research methods used include the collection of primary data through interviews, observations, and questionnaires, as well as secondary data from relevant agencies. The population in this study consists of palm oil farmers in Era Village, with a purposive sampling method employed. Data analysis is conducted through a quantitative approach to calculate income, productivity, and cost efficiency. The results of the study indicate that palm oil farmers in Era Village have implemented effective farm management practices, contributing to satisfactory income levels. This research recommends that farmers adopt good and proactive management practices to improve production and income, and that the government and related institutions enhance public services by providing management training, especially for farmers in rural areas.
