Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the marketing margin and form of pork marketing channels in the Siwagilemba Tentena market. This research was carried out from September to October 2022. At the Siwagilemba Tentena Market. This research uses a survey method of producers, traders and final consumers.  The population in this study were pig producers/owners, traders and final consumers. Determining the sample as respondents used a non-probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling of 5 producers, 10 traders and 20 final consumers. The total number of respondents was 35 people. The results of this research show that the margin for local pork traders is IDR 35,000/kg and the margin for wild boar meat traders is IDR 10,000/kg. The existing marketing channels for local pork and wild boar meat are from pork farmers selling to traders and traders selling to buyers or final consumers.
